Colorado Looks to Become Next Smokefree Workplace State
Colorado Senate Passes Smokefree Workplace Bill
COLORADO, 3/16/06-- Today, the Colorado Senate voted in favor of smokefree
workplace legislation for most workplaces, except casino gaming floors. The
bill includes restaurants and bars (including restaurants and bars in casinos).
The Colorado House of Representatives passed similar legislation last month.
The Governor is expected to sign the bill into law.
