Every worker deserves a safe, healthy, smokefree work environment. No worker should have to breathe something in his or her workplace that causes cancer.

No one should have the right to pollute someone else's workplace or make someone else sick.

ALL workers should be treated EQUALLY. No one should have to breathe smoke to hold a job, because it causes cancer, respiratory illness, heart disease, and can cause asthma attacks.

Smokefree workplace legislation is a matter of respect and dignity. All workers deserve the respect and dignity of a safe, smokefree workplace.
