Just a note to inform you that the case of Menchini vs. Philip
Morris, et al has begun in Miami, FL today. Annette Menchini was a
flight attendant during the 1970's and 1980's for a charter airline
named TransAmerica. She died of lung cancer and her family is suing
the tobacco companies. The trial is located in the courtroom of
Judge Glazer on the 6th floor of the Miami Dade Courthouse, 73
Flagler Street, Miami, if any subscribers would like to attend.
